Activity 1 - Report of Creative Video Making Competition “A Day with our School Clubs” Date: 09.08.2025 Day: Saturday The members of our Cyber Squad Club actively participated in the Creative Video Making Competition by capturing the vibrant activities of all the school clubs. This competition provided students with an opportunity to showcase their imagination, storytelling abilities, and digital skills by creating an engaging and original video on a theme of their choice. The creative videos were evaluated by the judges based on the following criteria: • Creativity and editing • Clarity of presentation • Coverage of different club activities • Technical quality Our Cyber Squad students demonstrated their video editing expertise, creative vision, and digital storytelling by incorporating background music and voiceovers that highlighted the various club activities held on 09.08.25. They also captured high-quality photos and videos of the events. The preliminary rounds for the following clubs were successfully completed on 09.08.25: 1. Science Club 2. English Club 3. Art Club 4. Cyber Squad Club 5. Tamil Club 6. Heritage Club 7. Hindi Club 8. RSP Club 9. Quiz Club 10. Scouts & Guides Club The final rounds for selected clubs including English, Tamil, and Quiz will be conducted on 15.08.25.
Activity 2 - Report on Poster Making Competition - Cyber Squad Club “Secure Today. Safe Tomorrow” Date: 14.11.2025 Day: Friday The Cyber Squad Club organized a Poster Making Activity with the aim of promoting safe and responsible internet use. The main objective of this activity was to raise awareness about online safety, cyber threats, and the importance of protecting personal information in today’s digital world. The event was successfully conducted for all students of Classes VI to IX on Friday, 14th November 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Students participated with great enthusiasm, created handmade posters that focused on themes such as cyber safety tips, cyber threat awareness, and responsible digital behaviour. Participants showcased exceptional creativity through original slogans, unique illustrations, and innovative designs. The top three students from each standard will be awarded cups and certificates in recognition of their commendable efforts and artistic talent. The activity concluded successfully and served as a valuable platform to educate students about the importance of safe, respectful, and ethical internet use.
Activity 3 - Report on Cyber Security Awareness (Outreach) Activity - “Click Smart, Stay Safe – Cyber Security Awareness Drive” Date: 24.01.2026 Day: Saturday The Cyber Squad Club organized a Cyber Security Awareness Activity to educate students and the public about safe and responsible use of the internet. The programme was conducted on Saturday, 24th January 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for students of Class VI to IX. The main objective was to create awareness about cyber threats, online safety, and the importance of protecting personal information in the digital age. Students participated enthusiastically and spread awareness on topics such as phishing, strong passwords, safe online habits, social media safety, and reporting cyber scams to the public. A handson awareness programme was held at Reliance Mall, Salem, where students, divided into seven groups, interacted with the public by asking Cyber Security–related questions. When incorrect answers were given, students explained the correct concepts using handy explanation cards. Teachers supervised all the groups to ensure safety and smooth conduct of the activity. The programme was successfully completed and served as an effective platform to develop cyber awareness, communication skills, and responsible digital behaviour among students and the community.
