Champions Crowned: The 15th Inter House Annual Sports Meet Prize Distribution Ceremony 2025–26

The much-awaited Prize Distribution Ceremony of the 15th Inter House Annual Sports Meet for the academic year 2025–26 was held on 15th November 2025 at Kandasamy Conventional Hall, Senthil Public School Campus, marking the grand culmination of the sports celebrations. The 15th Inter House Annual Sports Meet was successfully conducted earlier in the month of August 2025, where students showcased remarkable performances across various sports events and categories.

Our esteemed Correspondent, Ms. Deepthi Dhanasekar, graced the occasion and honoured the prize winners of the Interschool Sports Meet and the Intramural Sports Meet. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and pride as students, teachers, and parents gathered to celebrate the achievements of our young sports talents.

The event opened with a warm welcome to the dignitaries, followed by a recap of the outstanding performances from the August Sports Meet. In her address, the Correspondent praised the students for their dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship, urging them to continue striving with perseverance. Winners of the intramural games—including football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, and other house events—were also honoured for their teamwork and skill, reflecting the strong sports culture and enthusiastic participation across all houses.

One of the most anticipated moments of the ceremony was the announcement of the Overall House Championship. Based on the cumulative points earned in all the sports and intramural events, Sapphire House emerged as the Overall Champion, lifting the prestigious Overall Championship Trophy. Ruby House secured the Runner-Up position, earning loud cheers and applause from the gathering.

The ceremony was a testament to the dedicated efforts of the Physical Education Department, coaches, teachers, and volunteers who ensured the smooth and successful conduct of all sports events from August through November. In her concluding remarks, the Correspondent reminded students that sports not only strengthens the body but also shapes character and builds lifelong values.

The event concluded proudly with the National Anthem, leaving behind an inspiring message of unity, determination, and the continuous pursuit of excellence.
